Situation

The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) needed help creating visual elements like campaign branding, webpages, and marketing material for World Environment Day in 2021. In addition to all the visual components, they needed a streamlined system that would capture leads and foster engagement.

Our Approach

We started by crafting a cohesive campaign concept around Reimagine, Recreate, Restore. The idea centered around the key pillars of Ecosystem Restoration and built the framework for multiple touchpoints and interactions for users over the three-month campaign.

From there, we built out webpages, interactive games, and hundreds of social media posts that drew people into the campaign, prompting them to find ways to support Ecosystem Restoration in their own lives while joining a community of activists who were making a difference.

We also crafted a heavy lead-based marketing campaign and engagement funnel within Hubspot to drive users through a series of stages, making sure we drove people from initial action into true behavior change.
